International Orders:


  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by region)
  • Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.






💬 Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





🕒 Preorders & Limited Drops



If your item is part of a preorder or limited drop, please refer to the product description for estimated shipping windows. These items may take longer to ship due to production timelines and quality control.





📍 Address Accuracy



Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. $TICH’D is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.





❌ Lost or Stolen Packages



Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, STICH’D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
